St. Gabriel Chaplaincy Thanks 2025 Bazaar Committee, Confirms 2026 Plans
The Vice Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council of St. Gabriel Chaplaincy, Catholic Secretariat of Nigeria (CSN), Prince Dr. Oshoke Dakpokpo—who also served as the 2025 Harvest Committee Chairman—has expressed his heartfelt gratitude to all members of the 2025 Bazaar Committee for their exceptional work during the event.
Dr. Dakpokpo candidly shared that he initially felt apprehensive when tasked with this responsibility but, true to his resilient nature, he encouraged himself to persevere and never give up.

 Committee members warmly applauded his dedication and efforts.
Looking ahead, the committee discussed the operational approach for 2026 and agreed that levies for various societies and statutory bodies will remain in place but will not be increased this year, in consideration of the current economic downturn.
On the same note, the committee proposed that the 2026 Harvest programs will commence on July 5th, setting the stage for another successful year of celebrations and community engagement.
Dr. Dakpokpo will address the congregation during tomorrow’s Mass to inform the parishioners of St. Gabriel Chaplaincy about these plans, ensuring that all information is communicated accurately, he stated.
