Kenneth Okonkwo has reaffirmed the growing presence of the African Democratic Congress (ADC)

declaring that the party is firmly established and poised to make an impact in Nigeria’s political landscape.
Speaking at the ADC zonal meeting in Nsukka during the Easter celebrations, Okonkwo addressed party faithful and residents, expressing optimism about the party’s future. He criticized the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), accusing it of failing to fulfill its campaign promises to Nigerians.
He further alleged that the APC, having recognized how the votes of three major presidential candidates were split in the 2023 elections, is now attempting to stir internal crises within the ADC through the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Invoking the spirit of Easter, Okonkwo told the people of Nsukka that just as Christ resurrected, the ADC, by God’s grace, would help “resurrect Nigeria” from what he described as poor governance under the APC.
He also urged Nigerians to celebrate the season peacefully and called on citizens to obtain their voter cards, stressing that active participation in the electoral process remains key to changing the nation’s current trajectory.
